Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tools in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
